UCM (UpperCase Media) is a celebrity and entertainment media brand company in the Media24 Magazines stable in South Africa, that owns exclusive licences from Bauer Media Limited to create the media brands FHM and heat in the southern African territory.

In addition to the creation of the FHM and heat brands for consumers and advertisers in glossy magazine formats, UCM also develops and maintains a variety of commercial online platforms accessible through internet enabled computers and mobile phones. UCM Digital specialises in ground-breaking communication solutions for advertisers and marketers interested in reaching the affluent consumer fans of FHM and heat.

UCM won the prestigious, inaugural Media Owner Sales Team (MOST) Award 2009 for Excellence in Media Sales and Marketing in the Magazines category. (UCM placed second overall for all media types, including television, online, radio, newspapers and outdoor media.) UCM also won the Starcom MediaVest Media Owner of the Year 2009 award.

    • FHM is the first magazine in SA to publish in 3D! FHM's 10th birthday issue (December 2009, on sale from 28 October 2009), is published in retro cool 3D and comes with free 3D glasses.
    • FHM was the first lifestyle magazine in SA for men that informs and entertains them with interesting and popular content from all over the world.
    • FHM was the first male lifestyle magazine to reach a circulation of over 100 000 copies per month.
